We picked Earthbox In specifically because they have a heated indoor pool, as we were traveling with kids. Our experience was exceptional! Clean, spacious rooms and an easy self-check in process. They accommodated our requests for early check-in, as well as late check out which was greatly appreciated as we have special needs family members.
 

Earthbox Inn & Spa was our homebase for an amazing trip to Friday Harbor & all of San Juan Island. "Sun Room" came as described - comfy beds and linens, big windows to let the light in, plenty of drawer and closet space, yummy coffee provided, offstreet parking, spacious bathroom, perfect size for our needs as a family with one child. Front desk was responsive, helpful, gave delicious local recommendations, and went above and beyond ... 

We booked a last minute trip to Friday Harbor and loved staying at Earthbox! Omar checked us in and was so friendly & even gave our dog a goodie bag when we checked out! The room was comfortable, clean, exactly what we needed - and the location is great (walking distance to everything you need). Thank you for a great stay, we will be back!

The room was great and the pool and hot tub were terrific! Staff were friendly and very helpful. My husband and I had a super time and highly recommend this place to stay at. It was also very quiet and near the downtown area. The bed was also very comfortable and we enjoyed the soap and lotion.

This is a fantastic spot, especially for families. Easy walking distance to the ferry, restaurants, and stores. They have an indoor pool and the kids love it! The hotel is a bit older but the rooms have been updated and are in really good shape. We love the San Juan Islands and this is the only place we stay!

This was an amazing place to stay in the colder months on San Juan! Cozy room and the warm indoor pool, hot tub and sauna made the trip worthwhile even on a cold and rainy November weekend.

I can't say enough nice things about this hotel. My friend and I made the mistake of booking a Vrbo rental on the island this past weekend that ended up being unliveable... We desperately started calling around to hotels with low hopes that anyone would have a last minute room available for 2 nights this last minute on a July weekend. The woman who we spoke to was so kind and helpful and was able to get us rooms for both nights. We were SO grateful. The property is in a perfect, comvenient location in Friday Harbor and has everything you could need. Pool, spa, fitness center and an awesome coffee shop on site. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Check in and out was very easy. Earthbox saved our weekend for sure! :blush: Definitely will be staying here again next time!

Perfect place to be for our time in Friday Harbor. It’s location is ideal: five minute walk from the ferry, walking distance to restaurants and shops, quiet spot despite its proximity to everything.
